The Trustees are directed to pay or apply the Trust Funds for the benefit of or furtherance of such charitable purposes or charitable institutions throughout the UK, as they in their absolute discretion shall determine. Applications are reviewed in detail by the Grant Board, who thereafter make contact with applicants to discuss their applications, then they make recommendations to the Trustees. The Trustees then decide which organisations to support in the form of a donation.
