We are a charity formed to enrich the lives of disadvantaged individuals and communities who are excluded by their circumstances, and we provide them with the opportunity to participate in the sport of Judo at no cost, financed by charitable donations, fund-raising, bequests, grants and qualifying UK Government Gift Aid, where appropriate. Our purpose is to provide participants who are disadvantaged with regular enjoyable exercise to improve their physical health and mental well-being by taking part in the sport of Judo. Our charity will provide, free of charge, the recreational facilities and organisation to enable this, including delivery of classes by fully qualified and accredited coaches and clubs who are members of the British Judo Association or the affiliated Home Nations Judo Governing Bodies.
