North Glasgow Integration Network is set up to provide a wide range of support services to those who have fled their homes due to war, persecution or other extreme hardships. We work to provide practical advice on navigating everyday life, educational opportunities, programmes to tackle social isolation and to help individuals and families settle in the community. We provide safe and welcoming spaces where individuals can come together, share their experiences, build relationships and make meaningful connections and support one another.

Objectives: 4.The organisations purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of citizenship and community development and integration to the local/national community through the provision of learning opportunities, information and capacity building events and workshops for asylum seekers and refugees who are located within North East Glasgow. 4.2 The promotion and development of religious / racial harmony through the organising and facilitating of events, activities and programmes which enable the host population and the main client group to meet together and integrate to allow for better understanding promote understanding, equality and community cohesion. 4.3 The promotion of equality and diversity through facilitation of a forum where information, skills, knowledge and good practice can be shared in response to issues affecting the settlement and integration of asylum seekers and refugees.
