Structure, Governance and Management
The Rhinns Playing Fields Association was incorporated as a SCIO and registered with OSCR on31 July 2019. It is governed and managed by Trustees supported by a committee who live in the local area.
The organisation's purpose is the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for persons of all ages resident in and around the Rhinns for whom the facilities or activities are primarly intended and in furtherance of this;
-To assure the maintenance and management of the Rhinns Playing Field for sports and other outdoor activities designed to advance health and well-being. To actively promote the full use of the Rhinns Playing Fields . To collaborate with other relevant sportsclubs, youth groups, and or any other voluntary organisations to encourage the pursuit of outdoor activities: education and or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interests of social welfare and recreation. . To own, lease,take on feu or otherwise aquire lands, buildings for the carrying out of said other objects. . To aquire such moveable plant or equipment as are required for the carrying out of said other objects.
Achievements and Performance In 24/25 our main focus was in completing the groundworks and installing the bike track which we achieved.
Main Objectives for Next Year
Next Year, we will be focusing on building up our funds and setting new goals at our AGM.

Independent Examiner's Report
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) 2005 Act and the Charities Accounts (Scotland ) Regulations 2006. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1)(c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity anda comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, | do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention

- which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirements: . to keep accounting records in accordance with section 44(1)(a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations, and . to prepare account which accord with the according records and comply with have not beenRegulationmet, or 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations
