## **Healing Hearts Global Trustees’ Annual Report For Year ending 31st Dec 2024**

## **Structure, Governance and Management**

## **Governing Document**

The Charity is administered with the terms set out in the Constitution of Healing Hearts Global SCIO.

## **Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees**

The trustees were appointed as they have an understanding of how the founder works towards advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ and preparing the people of God for their destinies. They have all experienced first-hand the benefit of being discipled in their Christian faith and the advantage of attending a residential Discipleship of Alignment. They provide accountability and prayerful advice and encouragement and help in navigating the administrative side of the charity.

## **Organisation Structure**

is the main leader and works alone by the Spirit of God with individuals on a one to one basis giving biblical life coaching. On other occasions, she works with teams who join her and travel with her nationally and internationally for the specific purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God throughout the world.

## **Objectives & Activities**

HHG is trinitarian in its beliefs and it exists to prepare the body of Christ for the work God always intended her to carry out. In everything it does, its goal is to glorify God and advance his kingdom on the earth. It is to have his people's hearts aligned to his truth to the point that he is their life lived not just their words spoken.

## **HHG Trustees Annual Report for Year Ending 31st Dec 2024**

I closed out the year 2023, by asking God to speak to me in his word, to be a lamp to my feet for this coming year and season. This is the verse I believe he has given for 2024.

Hosea 10:12 Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love. And break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.

## **January:**

I started by meditating on the above verse that God gave me as I stepped into this year. I feel really challenged in my prayer life and feel it’s an area where God wants to grow me. I looked up the same verse, Hosea 10:12 up in the New American Standard Bible. It reads as follows; Sow with a view to righteousness reap in accordance with kindness, break up your fallow ground for it is time to seek the lord until he comes to rain righteousness on you.

For me it is an invitation to go deeper in his word and to be an intercessor in these days of shaking and shifting throughout the world. As I Meditated on what he might be asking of me, he spoke and said I am inviting you to humble yourself by fasting and praying, in this posture you are my living sacrifice and I will meet with you.

I have prayed daily since 7[th] October 2023 when war broke out in Israel. This marked me and while in a bomb shelter God called me to be a watchman on the wall of Jerusalem. He had told me this before but this time was different, it went deep into my spirit and I heard; war against Amalek. Being chosen to be in Israel when war broke out has marked me deeper than words can express

I feel he is now talking to me to start deep intercession for my nation and repent on behalf of the nation and the body of Christ that are asleep and who do not pray, as he desires. My main focus is Israel at present, yet in that call I find praying for Scotland to be a sheep nation is included. I hope the Holy Spirit will grow me in this area of praying, my words and tongues are not enough. I pray for more wisdom and enlightenment in this important call as there will be no change without prayer, this I sense is the fallow ground in my heart.

My first ministry to the body of Christ will be to teach at a discipleship school called Deeper in Sheffield. A HS student whom I met some 9 yrs ago run’s it and extended the invite.

I traveled by train on the 9[th] and returned on the 12[th] of January. I spoke on the need for the fire of God in our lives, as it has always been Men & Women who burn for God that brings change. Indeed without the fire of God we are not a passionate people. I gave examples of how this fire of God comes and how we can keep the fire kindled by putting the word on it. The oxygen is the breath of the Holy Spirit and the oil for the lamb is what comes out of the revelation and the renewing of the mind that takes place.

5

While there I was invited to return in February by another Harvest school student that serves with the Well in Sheffield as an associate pastor. He & his wife have planted a community church in the Woodseats area of Sheffield, a satellite from the mother church. I was also asked to biblically coach 3 people online in regards to the Israel revelation.

I will be out of the country on holiday for the rest of January and do not return till 16[th] of February.

I came to the realization that everything God spoke to me about at the beginning of last year 2023, is still very much the path I am walking. In a moment transition took place. The sudden event that changed everything in his kingdom was the war in Israel.

The whole earth came into a time of transition, wither the people of the world and of the church, know it or not, when war broke out in Israel on October 7[th] , we entered a new era in history. In fact I know most of the church in Scotland are asleep, and cannot see Israel as God's prophetic time clock. I also believe he will have mercy and awaken the sleeping beauty that is his bride in Scotland. I believe he has others like me praying for her to Awaken.

As I approach my birthday I know that I am still in this preparatory time God spoke to me about last year. I am now in the 6-year countdown and in a way I feel a bit like Noah, I seed about Israel and I feel laughed at and in some ways pitied, but like Noah I continue with what I believe God is asking from me. I am seeking him and believing he will rain righteousness on my nation and me. “Keep building the ark is what I hear, and I will bring them in” says the lord.

## **February:**

I have returned from Sheffield after pouring out on the leadership of the new church plant at Woodseats. I had time in their corporate prayer meeting, time with their vision team, attended and taught in a home group that struggled because of the group’s diversity. This church plant had a great prayer culture and I prayed more than I ever have in any other church location.

I was able to release a prophetic word in their “House Group leaders” meeting to encourage them in leading others in truth. Also had a wonderful Shabbat dinner with their Young Adults. This was a regular meeting started at the beginning of the year called the Shabbat gathering in obedience to how God asked the Pastor to begin to introduce Israel and Gods truth with regards to their importance in his end times redemption plan for the world.

I gave a teaching on this first feast and the heart of God in creating it for man, and then I opened it for questions. The young adults were really touched and had great questions, which I did my best to answer. They all said it would change their ways, and the pastor said he now understood at a deeper level the depth of God's love for his people. He intends to take the teaching, make it his own and have a Shabbat meal before Passover for his entire congregation.

6

I then delivered a message at their Sunday church service about their part in burning for God, ending with a fire tunnel for a baptism of fire. Much took place in the people that only time will reveal. This is a real praying congregation; and I realized that God was showing me without travailing prayer and a baptism of fire there will be no revival.

On the evening of Sunday, The Well hosted a guest speaker called who is part of a 24-7 prayer movement for youth out of Manchester. I was so encouraged to hear what God is doing in the UK, and then to witness an altar full of people wanting an intercessory gift, the majority were 16-30 years old. This guest speaker was launching the Well and Woodseats furnace week. Which is a whole week devoted to prayer and to the two communities coming together for the will of God to come in Sheffield. Each invites any other churches and organizations they work with, to join with them. I wished I could have stayed on for it, as God is definitely moving in this body of people.

The insights shared by our guest speaker, resonated with me, reinforcing the messages I've been receiving from God . God so spoke to me personally in this service that sowing righteousness and reaping his unfailing love (Hosea 10:11) looked like praying and seeking him and he would break up the fallow ground in my heart and in the hearts of my people. I left the service knowing it's not enough for me to be a burning one, I want to be a furnace. “To be a furnace Jackie and to come to my heavenly altar is about understanding my Priesthood” is what I heard in my heart.

Another significant moment was when the worship team played their new song and it was a word given to them by God in their prayer time, it was based on Hosea 6:3 let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth. I have carried in my purse for 19 Years the first verse of this scripture given to me by God, a few days after I was born again, knowing that it was significant to my call.

They were singing it in relation to their nation and Sheffield in particular but God was speaking to me about Israel repenting and returning to the lord! About the times we are living in and the need for repentance and prayer from his bride throughout the nations, but especially in my own nation of Scotland. We are either in the ark or we are not. There is a very strong spirit of anti-Semitism in Scotland and God is judging and dealing with his bride, his people in Scotland.

Only God can speak to the people who need to humble themselves before him and repent for not following his word and praying for Israel, only he can bring them into the ark. Again he said “the priest Jackie carries the people in their heart before me and makes intercession with the great High Priest”

## **March:**

I am busy with lots of Zoom meetings with staff for Harvest school 40 and as half the staff are Brazilians, they take a lot longer because of translation. Then I have small group Zoom meetings and separate leadership meetings. Amidst this I am closing down my coaching for the rest of the year. I will continue on with just one that needs some extra time and understands that my availability is limited due to other commitments.

I still pray for Israel and try to pray with a group for 2 hours a day and in this way I have learned much about the spirit of Amalek. God has enlightened me so much to understand we don’t fight flesh and blood but principalities and powers. This spirit has attacked Israel all throughout the Old Testament and he is a person in the bible, the grandson of Esau the brother of Jacob. I then read in Exodus 17:16 the lord will have war against Amalek from generation to generation!!!!!

This is a spirit that operates through people with hate and carries bitterness in their hearts towards the chosen of God. A spirit that hates God so hates his people, it says, we don’t want to share this land with you, we don’t want peace with you, we want you eliminated, annihilated, and won't stop till you no longer exist.

No two state solution, proposed by the nations, will never satisfy this spirit. I realized it is a totally spiritual battle and it’s why God requires the church to stand and pray for Israel and to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. The Jews are our older brother in the faith and we are to be like Aaron & Hur who held up Moses arms when the Israelites fought Amalek. When his arms were raised they were winning, so I thank God I am part of over 1,000 intercessors meeting daily to pray for them, so far for 152 days, the length of this war to date. Unfortunately most of the Church world wide have not realised or had a revelation yet.

17[th] March I headed to Brazil and to Harvest school 40, which was combining with Fortaleza’s school 10. I normally go to train the staff but this school was going to be different, we now had an Iris Global curriculum to follow as there is major change to how schools will be done and the person who developed it was there to implement it. We also had in place a couple from SA who were leading the overall school, and pastoring the staff, so I wasn’t sure why God was sending me as those roles are normally filled by me when I am there.

I was very aware that I was in transition from last year and that God was preparing me for his purpose. Holy Spirit was working in my heart and calling me into a new place with him. So when Jealousy started rising up in me while I was in the staff training I was surprised, as it was something I have not experienced in many years. I realised that not having my usual role was raising insecurity in me and I knew I desperately needed God's help; he needed to enlighten me and help me to see what I was not seeing at this point.

That did not take him long; he showed me that I had allowed my function to become my identity!!!! So when someone else took my function it caused me to doubt my value and to covet what he or she was now doing. Wow! Wow! Wow! As someone who teaches identity to others, this was a very powerful moment between God and me and it was also very freeing.

From this point on God began to speak to me about praying. He told me to insist that there be a prayer house in this school and that I was to take the 5am-7am slots and pray for the school and students. Then pray 12:30-2am for Israel and for the persecution in Mozambique. Thankfully God had also spoken to the Brazilian director that his people did not pray enough or even understand how to pray in unity. So with his backing the

8

prayer house was established and what a blessing it was to everyone.

## **April**

Students arrived and school started with the Brazilian director laying most of the foundations in line with the new curriculum, which he was responsible for putting together with other Iris leaders. He asked me to focus on teaching the students their identity and washing them in the word as this was on his curriculum and he had witnessed that I was anointed and gifted in both of these things.

I also carried out some emergency ministry to a couple who were struggling in their marriage.

On leaving Brazil, God spoke to me about a priestly anointing and how it was time to pray more than I ever had. He told me without prayer nothing would happen and that he needed an end time bride that knew his heart, and a bride that would pray what he needed prayed. I was very aware from the time I spent in the prayer house and God sending me out to Japan on an intercessory trip, that he was doing something new in me. Perhaps he is not doing a new work but giving me a reminder that without him I can do nothing. Once again he spoke to me again about a priestly bride so I am believing for deeper revelation on this calling.

He spoke to me in many ways through many people about who were the two elderly ladies who prayed from 10am-3am nightly in their home on the Isle of Lewis and how their prayers ushered in revival.

He also spoke to me about leaving a spiritual legacy in Scotland, speaking to me about sending and receiving missionaries as Iris Scotland. So much so that I contacted Iris Global to ask what I would have to do to be able to operate in this capacity. They contacted me, saying they had excitement at what I had written and it was going forward to their new Missionary Committee. They said it was perfect timing as they had just set up this committee specifically for people like me who had relationship and served Iris for years but did not fit or tick all their boxes.

I now head to Japan tomorrow 19[th] of April on my intercessory trip with five team members, all Iris alumni. It will be my first time in Japan and I am excited to see what God does with the six of us and how he leads.

30[th] April I returned from Japan, what an amazing trip it was in so many ways, I was so out of my comfort zone and had to seek the lord every moment of every day. We as a team managed to worship & pray on two of the days 6/7 hrs constant for lost souls in Japan, for the body of Christ in Japan, for the younger generation, for the child sex trafficking, for Japan's sexual obsession with schoolgirls and for child pop idols which are rooted in the ancient Geisha girl culture. We prayed for believers to have influence in the education system and so many other things as Holy Spirit brought them to mind.

On my flight out of Japan, God invited me into a new calling using Rev 1:6 and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and father. I seen Jesus standing in an

9

Epod the priestly garment and the name Melchizedek came to me and in a revelatory
moment 32.000 feet above the earth l understood when lesus offèred the bread and
wine to his disciples he was sa￿ng. In these elevnents you see the priesthood OF
Melchizedek reinstated for I an] he, wow. wow. wow
Then came a weighty question from him.aro yoii ￿ willing to become a priest unto
me, I had a similar weighty question some 16 years earlier in Africa, about obedience
and I had answered then "l am willing to be n]ade willin¥, this tiTne without hesitation I
said 'I am willing" lapan was an invite to a higher (3lling for me and an invite to go
deeper into his heart, go deeper in intimary.
I am out of the boat walking on the water with my King and High Priest. probably
turning up in heaven soaking wet but better than dry because I never had faith to get out
the boat. After his faithfulness in making intercession for Japan and Holy Spirit teaching
me to just abide in the word and froTn there pray it back to him. I can see all the hours of
prayer for Israel and being in the prayer room in Brazil lor all those hours. was all part
of preparing me for this invite.
l also received revelation that intercession was J)ot a special gift or calling but wa5
always a calling to all God's people. There is no office of intercessor and no special
intercessors: we all have this higher call from God! Some have understood what it is to
be a priest unto God. I thought I did. sadly I did not have the understanding he has now
given Jne. l aJn in the priesthood of the order of Melchizedek
While visiting with my famity in England. God gave me an opportunity to sow the
revelation of Israel to the very people I started my God walk with! 0￿Y God is all I have
to say. his ways are perfert and his ts"Tning beyond our understanding.
une
I arrived home on 31 May and on ISI of lune I received a visitor from Holland into my
home. She wanted to cotne For refreshlnent and personal prayer. After her calne
another missionary who would stay a few days. again for me to pray and help them to be
obedient to God.
I vislted with a young Brazilian tnissionary and a Spanish tnissionary, both Iris Alumni. I
also took time to visit my spiritual Son's community in Glasgow. He wants to talk to me
about operating under the name of Iris and the only way that is possible is to be in a
relationship with a sender.
This is one of the reasons why I believe God had me send an email in April to Iris HQ
asking some questions about where l fit in with them in this trdnsition time, in the
world and in the body of Christ and throughout Iris Global as an organization.
I had an online meeting with Iris's new missions committee on Wednesday 12 lune. I
wasii't sure really what questions I would be asked or how I would cast a vision for
something that God has not fully shown me yet; I was just stepping out the boat in
obedient to God, getting wet in the process but knowing it has to be him, it's him who
10

said he wanted me to leave a spiritual legacy.

Thankfully I got all their votes to establish a work here in my home country as Iris Glasgow. I don’t fit their normal requirements and I never have, there are lots of hoops to jump through in order to be aligned with the Iris tribe. However my years of serving Iris, first in Pemba, then in the nations along with the fruit of my walk with Jesus, made me an exception to their new policies and meant some stipulations could be removed. Iris is very much about family and relationship and so because of my relationship with all the committee along with the caliber of disciples I produce, they gave me their vote right then and wanted to move forward with making me a sender. I immediately felt a check in my spirit and realised my flesh was satisfied but not Holy Spirit.

I now await all the paperwork stating the criteria and some videos that have just been made by key people to view and then I have to respond to them. Having my Scottish charity ‘Healing Hearts Global’ which is also able to operate as Iris HHG, should help with a lot of the requirements. The trouble I now have is that I am not sure this is God's will for me, so I am putting a hold on moving forward with it.

June has turned out to be a much fuller month than I had expected, but with God that’s always the way. I was surprised and honoured to be asked to baptise 3 people on a beautiful June evening in a local country park. I love the hands-on transformational gospel much more than I like admin and the operational side.

This coming week I have online meetings with some others in Iris that I have been mentoring and pouring in to. Jesus poured in to the few who would impact the many.

On June 19[th] I headed to Iris Glastonbury’s school of “Intercession” to teach and also to mediate a situation for Iris. There were so many surprises for me in Glastonbury, two couples from the prayer house in Quebec Canada were students from HS16. They were there to teach the different types of prayer.

Then on the following day we had twelve hours of praise prayer and worship service. To my surprise the student from HS39 that I stayed behind with in Israel when war broke out, walked in. Then another two students I knew from HS38 also attended.

One of the couples from Canada had done their school outreach with me to Brazil in 2012 and spoke about me singing my national anthem in a burning bush on a Brazilian hillside. As they spoke God reminded me about many things that connected me to why I am in Scotland. A Brazilian ran this school and there were 7-10 Brazilians involved in it, either as students or staff. One of the people I baptised last week was a Brazilian and I remembered he had said when I see the Brazilians sent out I knew it was time for Scotland. I had a great sense that now was my time to focus more on Scotland especially in prayer.

On my return from Glastonbury I received guests into my home, the couple that had traveled to Brazil with me in 2012. After they left I received two of the Brazilian male students. Which resulted in a trip to Sanquhar, a small town down in the Scottish borders. Followed by serving a Church of Scotland in Toryglen and finishing with a

11

house meeting to share their testimonies. It was a full week of ministering to the body of Christ in different ways and in different locations and settings.

## **July**

Then on the morning of 3[rd] of July the Brazilians left and I had time to reflect on my beautiful week with them. I came to realise ticking Iris boxes to be a sender was not what God has for me, I was prompted to write to the Iris Missions Committee and tell them that I felt a check in my spirit about taking this role on at the present time, and that I did not feel it was what God had for me, so I was not going to be pursuing it at this time but waiting on clear direction from God.

I explained that I do have a full schedule to the end of the year. Which will start 23 August till 23[rd] September when I am in Guinea partnering with a Swiss Ministry to train local pastors. Then I have three days to turn around and head to Jordan to train the staff for Iris Harvest School 41. This school finishes in Egypt on 6[th] December, so I will be out in the mission field ministering to the nations for approximately 4 months. This is to be the last Harvest School, as I have known it and have been part of for 14 years, as next year they are rolling out a new model of multiplication.

I had a phone call two days after with one of the Missions Committee saying they completely understood that I did not fit their criteria and that somehow they were trying to make it fit and we would see what God would do as they agreed my upcoming season was busy. I have felt a deep peace about letting go of representing Iris in any capacity in Scotland, feeling led to continue to pray for the bride in my homeland to wake up. God knows how he wants this spiritual legacy to look like; it might be one of prayer.

As the month of July came to a close I felt God speak again to me out of Hosea 10:12 Sow for yourselves righteousness, Reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the Lord, Till he comes and rains righteousness on you.(NKJV)

Fallow ground was the part highlighted to me and I associate it with farming terms for breaking up ground to plant seed. I was reminded by God how his kingdom was like a farmer that sowed seed and it led me into a whole study on farmers. Planting has to happen in the right season, but before it happens the breaking of the fallow ground, which is the hard part of preparation, must take place. These things must be done in the correct order and then when the planting is done the farmer has to trust nature and with the right conditions which the farmer has no control over a harvest will be given.

I know the seed is the word and that I have to keep planting it in my heart and praying it and not my own words. God spoke to me with regards to words that I have believed he has given me before. He said because I have spoken them, they would not go void if you speak them into being. In the beginning I spoke and so it was now I require you to speak and declare what I say as you are now my image on the earth, you are a seed after my kind!

## **August**

12

I began to prepare for my trip to Guinea asking Holy Spirit what was important for these pastors and missionaries to know, as I am part of a training team in a school for three weeks. He told me they need to understand the blood and its power, that they needed the abc of the cross, meaning the simple truths, the facts of heaven. He then spoke to me about the up and coming Harvest School 41. Telling me to go back to the simple gospel and to go as slow as the slowest person in the class. He told me we are doing things differently, I want you Jackie to teach from your notes, as it will slow you down and the foundational revelation I have given you on the blood and the cross will be released and built on.

I sensed he was sending me to Guinea before HS41 to practice this new way of working with Holy Spirit and also to give me training, and that he has much for me to learn on this trip. Everyday is a school day with Holy Spirit and I am excited to learn from everyone in Guinea.

## **September**

Guinea was very challenging for me as I was not working with people I know and so I was very much out of my comfort zone. You don’t really know you operate in a comfort zone until nothing around you is familiar. The prophetic team was led by an Ethiopian Prophet and he had two Swizz trainees whom he was familiar with as he was their mentor, and at the suggestion of the host plus me. It didn’t take me long to work out the Prophet was not wanting me on his team as he kept me out of everything he was doing and completely excluded me. So I had to address it and tell him I understood I was not part of his team and was happy not to do any of the prophetic. This made him very happy and freed me to do more in the class training time and use my prophetic gifting during this time.

I also experienced a lot of darkness during my time in Guinea, nearly all the people I had prayer time with went into trances and spoke with a voice of an evil spirit. My four weeks there stretched and challenged me spiritually, physically and emotionally. I had four flights out of Guinea cancelled by MAF which is a jungle flying missions company. They were cancelled due to roads being washed away in their rain season or runways not available due to trees falling and not being able to be cleared. As A Result, I was driven for 4 days from the forest region to the capital Conakry to get my flight home. A journey that was fraught with many dangers, fallen trees, holes on roads that were none existent and bump after bump for up to 19 hrs in a day.

When I returned I had three days to rest, repack and take off again to serve Harvest School 41 in Jordan. When I got back there was a letter from the Bank of Scotland informing me that they wanted me to fill in enclosed forms as they suspected illegal trading with SA. It seemed so strange, as I had not had one transaction from or too South Africa all year. I discussed it via the phone with and she, like me, thought it was a scam and they were trying to get information from me. I went into my local bank of Scotland the next day to ask them if it was genuine as it seemed so strange. They said they hadn’t seen anything like that and so I should phone business banking. I tried later in the evening but was unable to get through.

## **October**

I started with training HS41 staff and then was present for the first morning of the School opening. I then headed to Israel where I was meeting Heidi who was the main speaker at a conference in Israel. This was my first time back since being there on the 7[th] of October when Israel was attacked by Hamas and resulted in the current war. I didn’t think one year on I would be back and that the war would still be on. After spending a week being part of Heidi’s ministry team, I stayed on for a further week to visit with some Jewish friends.

Then on the 25[th] of October I flew to Egypt to join the Harvest School at their final location. This is the last Iris international travel school and so it is a privilege to be part of the end of a beautiful chapter in Iris’s history. It is also an end in my own history too. I have served the school for 16 Years and so now it is also a transition time for me.

## **November**

I spent all of November co-leading the Harvest School and serving in whatever capacity was needed.

## **December**

The school graduated on the 5[th] of December and we sent outreach teams out into the nations. One of which I led to Scotland until the 17[th] December. When I arrived in Scotland and opened my mail on 6[th] of December I discovered the Bank of Scotland had closed my Healing Hearts Global account and sent me a check with the outstanding balance at close. I was shocked; the letter I had not been able to verify and had no time to do anything about was real and not a scam.

Unfortunately there was nothing I could do about it as I had 3 hours and my team were arriving at the airport and I would be running with them for the next 10 days.

The team was based in the Ywam base in Ayrshire so I relocated down there with them. We worshipped and interceded for Scotland and ministered in the West End, Possilpark, Port Glasgow and Wallace Well. Bringing my season to an end on the 18[th] of December. Giving me another 3 days to turn around and drive south to my family in England for Christmas.

## **Future Plans**

The scripture I started the year with is still the one I end with and take into 2025

Hosea 10:12 Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love. And break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you

I stepped into the invitation from God to go deeper in his word and to be an intercessor in these days of shaking and shifting throughout the world. As my year has progressed I

14

look back and I can say I have grown in prayer and in the reading of the word. I have
found 2 place of silence and solitude in God that requires more of me as his priest. I
have found a deeper identity with Christbut I know in all hun]ility there is more
plowing to be done in my heart. I found the Romans 12.1 verse about offering my body.
as a living sacrifice requires more of me. I also know to transition to what is next, I need
time away with my Jesus before I can walk into my destiny, into the new he has planned
and l await lor its revealing.

## **Independent Examiner’s Report to the Trustees of Healing Hearts Global**

I report on the accounts of the charity for the period from January 1, 2024, to Dec 31, 2024 which are set out on pages 3 to 19.

## **Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with Charities and Trustee Investments (Scotland) Act 2005, the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended).

The charity trustees consider the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1)(d) of the Accounts Regulations to examine the accounts as required under section 44 (1)(c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters are accurate.

## **Basis of Independent examiner’s statement**

My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

## **Independent examiner’s statements**

In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention

1. Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:

      - to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations

   - to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations

   - have not been met, or

2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
