**What the charity does:** Global Family Care Network (SCIO) is a non-profit organisation that works to prevent and intercept child trafficking and systematic abuse and provide long-term and family-based care for children who are victims of commercial sexual exploitation and other forms of abuse. St James Research Centre (SJRC) established by Global Family Care Network (SCIO) in Scotland. The goal at SJRC is to equip leaders to conduct research and implement programmes in community-based development, prevention of modern slavery, rehabilitation and psycho-therapeutic programmes for victims of human trafficking and orphan care. Global Family incorporates evidence-based approaches to preventing trafficking and abuse, strengthening families and communities, providing services to victims of commercial sexual exploitation and training caregivers.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation&#x27;s purposes are:  4.1 To advance human rights by preserving family and protecting at risk children with the assistance of local community organisations, volunteer caregivers, and donors.   4.2 To advance education by providing courses on assisting at risk children and families in Scotland and around the world.
