The charity provides recreational facilities to the community through ownership of the Town Hall. Such facilities include entertainment such as film nights, quizzes , dances and Producers Markets. It also hires the hall for entertainment by others and informational events. To achieve this it is necessary to maintain the hall in good repair and to effect such improvements as are possible and desirable.

Objectives: 4 The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of the parish of St John's Town of Dairy and surrounding area (Glenkens) (the 'Community'), with the following purposes (the 'Purposes'): 4.1 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended
