| Charitable purposes | The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of specifically |
| Elgin but also the widercommunity of Moraywith the purpose of | |
| managing and maintaining Cooper Park Bowling Club pavilion and | |
| grounds to promote Bowling for leisure and recreation for all age groups | |
| with a view to increasing public participation through a range ofevents. | |
| Summary ofthe main activities | We continue to look forward to the outdoor season, competing in external |
| in relation to these objects | Leagues such as the +55 League, Highland Bowling Association and |
| Banffshire Bowling Association competitions, being able to hostand play | |
| away in ‘friendlies’ with other local Clubs and entering each others Open | |
| Competitions, which is an essential and a valuable source of revenue for | |
| all Clubs throughout the season. | |
| Despite not purchasing or applying the expensive chemical solution to kill | |
| the lacewing fly larvae in the autumn of2024, therewas less impact by | |
| crows in the spring of2025 to tearing up the surface grass. | |
| Further aesthetic improvements were made in planting ofperennial border | |
| plants atthe hedge base. | |
| With the Club's proximity to the Elgin Cathedral ruins, we continue to see | |
| members ofthe public coming in to the Club to sit and watch us play. | |
| The addition ofthe Club's location to Google Maps has resulted in over | |
| 5000 views which also helps promote the Club's existence to the wider | |
| community. |

|The|re-purposing|of a|Public|Toilet|block|which|backs|onto|the|Club's|
|ground|into|new Café|is|planned|for|completion|in|late|2026|with|minimal|
|disruption|to|the|running|of the|Club.|Council|Planners|and|Construction|
|personnel|are|liaising|with|the|Board|of Trustees from|an|early stage|in|the|
|development|to|maintain|good|relationships|and|provide|access|where|
|necessary.|

|Brief statement|of the|charity’s|policy|| The|Club|hasa|little|over £14,000|in|cash|reserves which|is|essential|for|
|on|reserves|ongoing|Green|and|Club|maintenance.|

|The|south|bank|of the|green|has|been|re-set|further back|from|the|edge|of|

|green|has|been|entirely|replaced|as|it was|compromised|by wet|rot.|
