The Cuppa Club is a Glasgow-based charity dedicated to bringing adults together through social activities that help combat isolation and loneliness. We believe that something as simple as sharing a cup of tea, a conversation, or a fun activity can have a lasting impact on mental wellbeing and community connection. Our aim is to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds can build friendships, develop confidence, and feel part of a supportive community. Through regular coffee mornings, group outings, workshops, games, and community events, The Cuppa Club provides opportunities for meaningful social interaction and lasting connections. By reducing loneliness and encouraging participation, we strive to improve wellbeing, strengthen communities, and ensure that no one has to face isolation alone.
