At each AGM. the members may elecl any member (unless helshe is debarred frorn
membership Ur￿er the Constitution) to be a charity trustee. All of the charity trustees
electedlappointed shall rebre from office. but shall then be eligibbe lor rfre1eClk￿.

helshe advises the board wior to the conduslon of the AGM that h&lshe does not wish

Achlevement & Perforniance for 2023-24
The ham continu￿1 to b8 in constant Use by sevmg. quilting and Cfaft groups
on a weekly basig. U3A al30 hwed the hall ffrf)st weeks to play New Age
Kurling.
Regular W*e events Included the Liknry Calé. held
every 2 weeks and the weekty Games Nights. A Village
BBQ was also held in the Summer.
A StTawterry Fayre was organised In the Summer by meff&ers ol the hall lo raise funds
and. in addltK)n to this. a new fuTrlratsing event was an Italjan evenirKJ including. a
meAI. music and a quiz.
The hall was given a major refuthlKT￿n1 the reffrt)val and replacemenl
of a Ik)or.
Several music events abo
tn the hall in the Autumn wilh bands such
as Shooglenffty and the Fountaineers
performing The local group Bedlam
concluded the enlertainmenl
