_During the Financial year, EDF (Electricity) mistakenly, over several months, deducted_ _**£3,694.90** from our account, this has now been fully refunded to us and so far, no Electricity charge has been taken for that period, which I assume is by way of compensation to the Shed._

## **Trustees Annual Report**
Over the last year, North Ayrshire Council have started on their plans to demolish the current Village Centre and build other commercial premises in the vicinity and additional Council Houses, this will eventually mean we need to find other premises.
One place that is available, is the previous Park Rangers shed in Eglington Park, between Irvine and Kilwinning – We have had discussions with the appropriate Council Officer, who is keen to see us established there on similar terms as we currently have; We have had a few visits to see the inside of the premises and members who have viewed it, also seem keen to re-establish there – We await formal notification from NAC.
Our membership of the Shed is now at 48 and the average age is about 65; However, the average daily attendance is around 10 members; However, being open 6 days a week allows members to spread out their attendance as it suits them.
Owing to the amount of machinery and work benches, it is not recommended to have any more than 5 or 6 working in the workshop at any one time, leaving 1 or 2 in the model room and space for 10 to 12 in the Tea Room/ Rest Room.
A copy of our accounts have been circulated which shows an increase of almost £500 over last year.
