**What the charity does:** SEAchange is a community group based in Collieston and Slains, working towards reducing the carbon impact of our community, and also celebrating our heritage, art and music. Our project has 6 strands: -	The renovation of the former Slains Kirk -	The management of a community garden in Glebe land leased from the Church of Scotland -	Managing and providing access to new woodland areas in land owned by the charity, both a) in former Glebe land, and b) in the field owned by the charity -	Facilitating talks and discussions covering topics including environmental concerns and behaviour impacts in this area. -	Capturing stories to build social capital, looking at our community of the past and today.

**Objectives:** To promote environmental protection by providing information and by demonstrating ways to help reduce climate change. To promote art and local heritage through encouraging enjoyment of art and music, and by preserving our heritage.
