Achlevements and perfomiance

It has been another productive year at Naim Spgrts Club.
From trur Business Energy report in 2023, the remainirng itsms was lo convert our floodlighls to LED. Costing almost
£32,000. we applied for fundlro from Buslness Energy S¢xJtland and we were granlad a loan wlth £20,0(YJ cash
back. This tros made a massive imprtsvement with the lighting on our Tenni8 Courts an<J hAUGA and we should see
reduction in our &leclricity bills.
70% of our club usage is withln the gym, Ihgrefore we ¢ontinue to improve the equipment we offer. Along wth
replaong several pieces of equipment, new ple￿S have been added. The trustee5 have agreed a budget will be aet
to continu8 yèar on yèar to improve the gyrn facilities.
We installed a divider nel in (iui SpDrts Hall, which allows more than Dne acts'vily to lake part al thè same time in the
hall. It also iftwroves the heating and acoustics fr>r certain classes such as Yoga and Stable & Strong clAsses for our
more senior members.
Vve continue to introducg new classes and have purchased some additional pl8ces for our classes.
In NDvember 2024, we enhan¢8d our membership systern by introduun9 a new indoor lob systam, allowing
members tD ts)ok into activitiès when thèy come into the club. along wlth new mathetlllg tools. Ihls Is now Pro￿dIng
moré accurate sialistics. This has enhanGed Ihe experienctr lor our members and staff.
In Febnjary 2025 we issued a survey to our rnembers. There has bèen 8 high percentage of Tesponsesand with the
Inlomiauon gathéred this will help the Trustees dedde the best way lo proceed for the year ahead to ensure the
Sports Club conts'nués lo Ihrivè.
