**What the charity does:** Aberdeen in Recovery is a charity run by people with lived experience.  As a lived experience recovery organisation (LERO) we support others in recovery from addiction by providing support meetings, group activities, one to one sessions, training, peer mentoring and organise attendance at other local and national events like Recovery Walk Scotland, Recovery Connects and Celebrate Aberdeen Parade to name a few.  We are a sustainable and empowering community that puts lived experience at the heart of everything we do.

**Objectives:** Objectives:  The relief of the needs of those seeking to recover from addiction, their family and friends, and in the furtherance of this by.  Promoting the availability of support and resources of all kinds  Working in partnership with other bodies to achieve these purposes
