Activities report:

Following the death of her father in November 2021 and increased caring responsibilities for her elderly mother, realised she could no longer give the time required to run Love Matters in the role of project co-ordinator. It was a very difficult decision to walk away from the project she co-founded with but in February 2022 she gave notice of her intention to the trustees.

On the meeting of 28 February it was decided by the trustees that following decision, the charity would be dissolved and that all remaining funds would be transferred to the Message Trust in Scotland as was continuing schools work addressing similar issues in her missions role with them. Roles were also assigned at this meeting to start the process of winding up the charity.

During the online meeting of the 21 April the trustees agreed to pass the resolution to wind up the charity. agreed to submit the relevant form to OSCR as soon as possible, and within 21 days of this meeting. The accounts for 2021 were also approved at the meeting.
