Structure, Governance and Management Constllution The Charty is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO). It was registered in its current legal forni on 7th January 2019 Appointment of Trustees The Board of Trustees are the Charity Trustees A petson will not be eligible for eleclion or appointment to the board if helshe is: _ 1 disqualified from being a Charity Trustee under the Charities and Trustee Imiestment (Scolland) Act 2005. or 2 an employee of the organisalion. New Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting which nonrtally is held in November. There must be a minimum of 5 and maximum of 12 Trustees. At each Annual General Meeting one third of our existing Trustees will stand down. The charity truslees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply, It is my responsibilty to examine the accounts as required under section 44<1) (c} of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independont Examinerfs Statement My examination is carried out in accordan￿ with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a Comparison of the accounts presented with those reGords. It also includes consideralion of any unusual items or disGlosures in the aGcounts and seeks explanations from the trustees Con￿mIng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit. and, consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
