**What the charity does:** The charity facilitates social and economic integration of Ethnic minority and New Scots communities through access to information, skills development opportunities, youth centric activities and community cohesion initiatives.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisations purposes are:  4.1 To empower Ethnic Minorities to improve their well-being through provision of relevant information, guidance and support.  4.2 To enhance the active and positive contribution made by Ethnic Minorities and promote these to the local and wider community.  4.3 To promote an understanding of Ethnic Minorities and their cultural heritage to the wider community by providing opportunities for diverse cultural activities and celebrations that promote mutual social integration and build community cohesion.  4.4 To engage with young people, especially from Minority Ethnic Communities through empowering youth-centric programs tailored to inspire and support them to achieve their full potential.  4.5 To advance and support research into issues affecting the well-being of Ethnic Minorities with the view to resolving them through relevant support.  4.6 To contribute to sustainable development through economic, social and environmental impactful programs in the UK and globally.
