Objectives: 4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To save lives by reducing the number of serious and fatal road accidents through early intervention and education. and 4.2 Through education of target groups, to contribute to an overall reduction in the number of accidents and incidents across the Scottish Borders involving a road vehicle.
