Principal Activities
SI PLlers Fooiball Club is a Community Sports Club Ihat incorporates Fooiball and Nctball tcanis wiihin Ihc
Governing Body of the SFA and Netball Scoiland.
Fccs are gathcrcd per age group/team and the Club also rcceives sponsorship and grants to gLnLralL inLomc,
with the aiin to expand the Club.
Achievements and Performance
Thc Club has grown from strcngyth to strcngth due to new age groiips starting with furthcr gToups to bL
added. which will contribute to the growth of the Organisation. The Club has over 400 children and l 00
Volunteer qualified coaches and helpers.
Financial Review
The Trustees arc pleascd to record that income for the year amounted to £11,364 (period cndcd 31 Mc1y
2019: £25,336 including £16,934 of funds accuinulatcd by the charity prior to its rcgistration Ivith OSCR).
Thc chaiily's principal funding source is l.ec income from Ihe nctball and fooiball gi"oups. Thci-c is a ncl

Tlie Tru.stees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance Ivith the temis of
tlie Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act ?005 and the Charities Account.s (Scotland) Regulations

does not apply. It is Iny rLsponsibility to exainine the accounts as required under section 44(1) (c) of thc Act

Basis of Independent Examiner's Statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts (Scotland)
Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Trust and a
comparison of thc financial statcmcnls prcscnled wilh Ihosc rccords. li also inLludLs considcralion ot" any
unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements and seeks explanations from the Trustees concerning
any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audil and conscqucnlly I do not express an audit opinion on Ihe vicw given by Ihe financial statLmLnls.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In the course of my examination. no matter has come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material rcspcct the rcquircmLnts:
to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 Act and
Rcgulation 4 of thc 2006 Accounts Rcgulalions, and
