Charitable purposes The SCIO is a ih¢aire group whose aim is to stage perfoman¢¢s for the local community to enjoy 8nd support. Weekl), classes are held for IM)ih adults and )'oungstcr5 alike to teach ihem all the skills and techniques required for stage and theatrical work. Rehearsals are held throughout the year for the planned shows. Activitie5 and achievements The SCIO stages a minimum of one perforn)ance per year. Nature and purpose of funds Unr¢stri¢ted funds are those that may be us¢d at the discretion of the trusiees in furtherancc thc objects of th¢ charity. The trustees mainthin a single unrestricted fund for th¢ day-io-day running of Ihe charity. Resiri¢i¢d funds may only be used for spe¢ific purposes. Restrictions arise when specified by ih¢ donor or when funds are raised for spe¢ific purposes. Financial rei'iew At the year end the charity held £8,209 of unrestricied funds.
