Nature and purpose of funds Unr¢stri¢ted funds are those that may be us¢d at the discretion of the trusiees in furtherancc thc objects of th¢ charity. The trustees mainthin a single unrestricted fund for th¢ day-io-day running of Ihe charity. Resiri¢i¢d funds may only be used for spe¢ific purposes.
