Welcome to this Burrelton and woodside village hall 2025 agm.

It has been quite a successful year .

Some of the highlights/lowlights are:

1. We grew the committee by three, what an injection of energy they have been. This new enthusiasm has boosted our income, made us take a little more risk in hosting two profitable ceilidhs.

2. The big lowlight of the year was the church asking us to sell the hall

3. We only ran one market this year, the weather was truly not our friend for the November one.

4. We applied for three grants, got one for the disabled access, came runner up in the second for the toilets and got nothing for the kitchen.

5. In preparation for the disabled access and all the other works, we put a container in the carpark to store most of the hall contents. I would like to thank for doing the drawings and getting the planning sorted. I have spoken to a local builder with a view to getting the work started soon.

Looking forward to the coming year:

1. We will continue to apply for funding

2. Put on more ceilidhs

3. Run the markets

Thank you all for your time, energy and ????

I look forward to working with you all again in the coming years.
