**What the charity does:** The group provides support for those in the community living with dementia or memory problems through a series of regular monthly meetings based on football, golf or other hobbies.

**Objectives:** The aim of Carnoustie Memories shall be to provide support for those members of the community living with dementia or memory problems by enabling each individual to rekindle and maintain links with what has been for them a lifelong passion for either Golf, Football or other pastimes or hobbies. The key aim is to reconnect members with their community of interest, minimise isolation and stigma whilst improving individuals self esteem and physical well being.
