Reserves are held to cover any unforeseen circumstances, breakdown of grass cutting equipment, vandalism, extreme weather conditions, and to enable the organisation to continue its charitable activity until it can either apply for more funding or wind up the organisation.

Fife Council has provided us with a new storage container for lawnmower etc as the old one had been patched up many times and was beyond economical repair.

APPENDIX 1 Other optional information

e We lease our club from Fife Council and are solely responsible for the upkeep of the building inside and outside which can be quite challenging.
e Wecurrently have 1 certified CWPO member. e Our grass cutter retired at the start of this year but we now have a replacement and nave a Service Agreement

e Our greenkeeper retired due to ill health and this has been done by members this Season.
