The Glenfarg Community Centre (known locally as the Village Hall) is held in Trust for the people of Glenfarg village and the Ward (surrounding area). The Community Centre is managed by the Board of Trustees (15) for the benefit of the Community, and is the only facility of its kind in the Ward. The objectives of the Trust are contained in the Constitution and are to provide facilities for recreation and other occupation with the object of advancing education, community development, and the improvement of the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the Glenfarg Community Ward. The Board of Trustees have held seven meetings over the year and we have used funding from Foundation Scotland, The Community & Renewable Energy Scotland and Greener Living to equip our Community Centre with Solar Panels and battery storage to lessen our Carbon Footprint and make financial savings to allow us to focus expenditure towards the Community Centre to improve/modernise facilities.

Objectives: The organisation's purposes are to provide facilities for recreation and other occupation with the object of advancing education, community development, and the improvement of the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the Glenfarg Community Council area.
