The charity's Iruslees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scollandl 2005 Act and the
Charities Accounts (Scollandl Regulations 2006 las amendedl. The charity Iruslees
consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10111 Idl of the Accounts Regulations
does not apply. 11 is my responsibility lo examine the accounts as required under section
4411) lol of the Acl and lo slate whether particular mallers have come lo my allenlion.
Basis of Indepgndgnt My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Ac¢ounls
examiner's statemgnt Regulation5. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. 11 also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the 8ccounls and seeks
explanations from the Iruslees concerning any such mallers. The procedures undertaken
do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and. consequently. I do
not express an audit opinlon on the view given by the accounts.

statement
which gives me reasonable cause lo belitrve that in any material respect the
requirements.
