**Objectives:** The charitable purposes of the Company are the advancement of community development by:  2.1 Encouraging the general public, local schools, community clubs, groups and associations to participate in, promote and be involved in the planning needs and activities of the organisation which would benefit all the surrounding communities.  2.2 The promotion and advancement of horticulture as a hobby for the general public of all ages to learn about and benefit from the social, health and environmental impact of all horticultural pursuits by establishing and maintaining an annual flower and produce show for all families in Ayr and the surrounding communities.
