FinanclaL Revlew
The totaL income for the financial year 2024- 2025 was £4,105. The principal sources

The costs for 2024-2025 were £3,208. The main expenditure was £1.542 was on
utilities and £1.037 on small repairs , tests and insurance. We are reliant on seeking
grant funding to carry out any major repairs to the hall.
A surplus of £897 was generated in 2024-2025 as a consequence of maintaining the
expenditure at the lowest level possible and working hard to increase the income
levels, The trustees are anxious about the future of the haLlwith the costs of oil. heating
and the general increase of costs impacting on a charity already running on a tight
budget.
Re8orve8 Policy
The trustees alm to keep one year running costs as a reserve and they have achieved
that in the current financial year but the worry is the future going forward.

required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit oplnlon on the

Independent Examinerfs Staternent
In the course of my examination of the statement of account for the year ended 318t
Merch 2025, no matter has come to my attention-
1. Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirement:
To keep accounting records in accordance with the Sectlon 44 (1)
(a) of the 20Q5 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Regulations, and
To prepare account8 which accord with the accounting records
