objectives and activitle5 The dub's main purpose ts to advance public participation in 5POrt by providing opportunities for indNÈduals of all ages and abllltles in the Bathgate area to take part in football or football related activities throu8h Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club. The club aims to promote development of physical and social skills through Membership, participation in training and competttlve. noTrcompetitr¥e and recre3tional games and activities. As of 30th June 2025 the club had actTrve teams and year groups for chiklren Ix)rn between 2008 and 2019 covering both boys and girl￿ groups. Th@ club has also established stron links with local Juniors Clubs for players looking to continue their senior football. Community invoFvement is central to the club. as demonstrated by the natK)nal award recogni5ing the work we do in our comrnunfcies. Wo continue to play a large part in local events (such as the annual prO￿$s1on), work with other kxal organisations {such as the High Church Foodbankl and provide a wide range of communtty activities out with our core club and team structure. These include Ibut not limited to) Visual Impairment football, 50* Walking football, ¢￿er 35s recreational football. Disney Playmakers, Claire Emslie and Women's Recreational football. We have also welcomed in a new Warriorfs Premier League team Iformerly Monster Munchinl to further expand the opportunities available within our club and community. Players and Partictpants We aim to allow individuals of all ages to learn the game of football in a Scottish Football A550ciation and Scottish Women's Football backed Development plan and do so in a fun and ch311enging way. The club follows the SFA coaching pathway that is proven to provide the right environment for players of all ages to grow and develop. Coaching We continue to invest in our coaches. ensuring each individual has achieved the minimum requirements for coaching qualFfications but is also given the opportunity to further develop and 8row their skn11s to ensure we can provtde the best learning environments for our teams and players.

Volunteers As a volunteer led organisation. our volunteÈrs are the backbone of our organisation. We continue to fully support all volunteers with open lines of communication between each group and the club executive to share experien￿5 and skills. We continually seek to recruit 3 wide variety of volunteers to help us run the expanding sertions of our dub, buildin8 on the strengths each indbvidual brings from other areas of their lrfe. Sponsors We would not be the club we are today without the amazin8 SUPPOrt constantly provided by local Indlvlduals, wunsellors, businesses and organi5ations. The constitution was last amerKled and approved at the AGM held Sunday 25" Febfuary 2024. Trustee rÈtruitment and 2ppolntment We aim to have a dNerse Board of Tru5fees and Executlve Committee in order to make the Club more effettive and have the right mlx of skills and eXperIen￿ to boost our ability to meet our aims. Nominations and selections are made In line with the followln8 principles.. At each AGM, the members may eiert any member (unless helshe is debarred from membershlp) to be a charlty trustee. The Executive Committee may at any time appolnt any member (unless he/5he is debarred from membership) to be a charlty Trustee or Executive Committee member. At each AGM. all of the charlty Trustees and Executlve Comrnittee members electedlappointed shall retire from office- but shall then be eli8ible for re-elertlon. The Executlve Commlttee keep5 a register of Trustees and ExecutNe Committee members and is available to members of the publlc upon request. Achlwoments, Award$ and P•rforniance The Club has contlnued to grow and develop over this perlod. particularly in the girls and communlty / recreational areas wlth over 700 partldpating members in club activity and many hundreds more in recreational activity. We successfully retsined our Active Assured Plus (West Lothian Council) and were deli8hted to be awarded the top Quallty Mark accreditation possible from our national governlng body. In addition. we were delighted to be invited to Hampden where we We￿ narned as the best community Club In Scotland at the end of the 2023 season. We continue to offer free holtday camps (backed by Scottish Gas and West Lothi4n Council) provldlng opportunities for a broad range of individuals to socialise and keep active and

Statèrnent of the charitrfs policy on reserves Any grdnt funding is ringfenced and used for the purpose intended. All other fundin8 is mostly from teams with expenditure being the cost of training lets. The club aims to have a reserve of at least £IOk at all times in order to ensu￿ the running costs for any 6 month period can be met.
