**What the charity does:** Skills Exchange SCIO improves the life chances of disadvantaged young people and unemployed adults. We support individuals facing socio-economic disadvantage and barriers to education, training, employment, mental health and wellbeing.  We provide advice, guidance, training and one-to-one support in personal development, life skills, health, mental wellbeing, enterprise and employability. Where appropriate, we offer SQA-accredited qualifications to help beneficiaries gain recognised awards, build confidence and develop practical skills.  Our goal is to help people overcome barriers, strengthen wellbeing, engage with their communities and progress towards employment, education or training.
