The charity is set up to benefit citizens of Kemnay and surrounding area through provision of health walks to promote physical, mental and social health. We have a number of walking groups to cater for all abilities, with each group supervised by volunteer trained Walk Leaders. We meet as Trustees to discuss operations around 6 times annually. Walk Leaders meet quarterly to discuss the physical aspects of the various walking groups, which now includes a Buggy Walk Group

Beneficiaries: 'Older People','People with disabilities or health problems','No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

Objectives: To advance the health of adults in the Kemnay and District area through walking for health activities. To provide a recreational walking programme within the Kemnay and District area thereby promoting physical activity and encouraging positive health and well being.
