FRIENDS OF FALKIRK WAR MEMORIAL CHARtrY 048322 ANNUAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2023 No further work was carried out to the memorial in 2022-23 other than minor repair work before Remembrance Day. We did take the opportunity to enter into temporary maintenance contracts with colleague organisations and to refund £5000 to the Falkirk Common Good Fund, Our itjtention is to disband in 2024 and to cease operating as a charity, Responsibility for future maintenance of the Memorial will then rest with Falkirk Council.
