The above unit is an unincofporated association. It has no wntten conslrtution. but operates in
accordance with the Guiding Manual published by Girlguiding UK. the operatsng name of the
Guide Association. The Guide AS￿￿latiOn is incorporated undei a Royal Charter which gNe8
power lo fom untts across the United Kingdom.
The trustees are volunteer adull leaders appointed as Leaders in temis of the saK1 Guiding
Manual and in accordance wrth the Royal Charter.
Our aim is lo help gids and young women develop their potential to be leaders and effective
citizens by deltvering a programme of infomial edU￿10n in accordance ¥￿th the ethos and
principles of Girlguiding UK.
The maln Income 1$ $ubscription income. The unit aims to ho￿ sufficient ¢xsh fvnd$ to meet
all expenditure due and anticipated during a 3 month poric*J.
No remuneration was paid to Trustees dutlng the year.
