(e) the advancement of animal welfare. (f) the advancement of education. and (g) the advancement of health or the saving of lives for persons and organisations in the North Perthshire area, with particular emphasis on Pitlochry, Dunkeld, Birnam and the Mid Atholl areas of Tulliemet, Ballinluig, Logierait, Kindallachan, Dowally and Strathtay, including the area from Dalguise to East Haugh.
