Appointment of Trustees The Strture of the Charity comprises of:. Members: Ordinary members who have the ri8ht to attend the AGM and elert people to serve as Trustees. Charlty Trustees: al elected Charity Trustees and b) appointed and co-opted Charity Trustee5 Charity Trustees hold regular meeting and are reskKJnsible for control and superv5sion of the Charity. The number of Charity Trustees shall not be less than three and the total number shall not be more than ten. At the AGM, one third of the Charlty Trustees shall retire from office but are eli8lble for reolectlon.
