Activities
Work has continued to progress the proposed multi-use path between Dulnain Bridke and
Grantown-on Spey. The Trust has now completed its work for the path. responsibility for
buildin8 the path has been handed over to the Caingorm National Park Authority. Details are
in the Achievements section below.
The Trust still has a fund of £1,500 for work related to housing.
The Trust continues to work closely with the Dulnain Brid8e Community Council, thd Public
Hall and the Friends of Dulnain Bridge. Coordination meetings are now held at inter*als
between these village organisations.
Achievements
Funded by Brant assistance from Sustrans, all of the Design stages for the multi-use
ath
between Dulnain Bridge and Grantown-on-spey are complete. Funding has been Id￿tifIed
for the construction stage. Responsibility for building the path has been handed ovet to the
Cairngorm National Park Authority {CNPA).
A grant of £1,091 was made to the Village to cover the cost of plants. These were planted by
volunteers in half-barrels which were donated by the Speyside Cooperage. These planted
barrels have been distributed around the Village.
A grant of £340 was made to the Friends of Dulnain Bridge to cover the expected cost of
setting up a race night which was organised to raise funds for the village Hall.
A 8rant of £1,290 was made to the Dulnain Bridge Village Hall to cover part of the cc*t of
reinstating the dropped kerb to provide vehicle access to the car park and make acc•ss
easier for Blue Badge holders.
A grant of £150 was made to cover 50% of the cost of a replacement battery for one'of the
Defibrilators in the Village, the other 50% was paid for by the Community Council.
The fifth of 25 annual payments has been received from the Nanclach Ltd related to the
Tom Nan Clach windfarm.

Restricted f unds
Restricted funds received this year were £16,580 from Sustrans for the paths
project.. There is also still a restricted balance carried forward of £1,500 reserved for
housing activitv.
Reserve pollcy
The trustees consider that the general unrestricted fund of £46,343 will be sufficient to
Ilow them to continue to operate. Within this balance the sum of £43,882 received a5
donations from Nanclach are Still to be designated.

I report on the account5 of the charity for the year ended 31" March 2025 set out on pages
5&6
Respertlve responsibillt6es of trustee and examlner
The Charitws trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2fX)5 and the
Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The charity trustees considered that the
audit requirement of Regulation 10{1) (a) to (cl of the Accounting Regulations does not
apply. It is rny responsibility to examine the accounts as reqUI￿d under section 44{1) (c) of
the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Ba* of Independent examinerfs ststement
My Examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts
Iscotland) Regulations 2006. An Examination includes a review of the accountiry record5
kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks
explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters, the procedures undertaken do
not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not
express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

In the course of my examination. no matter has come to my attention which gives me
reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
