Kilbarchan Amateur Athletic Club Notes To The Accounts For the Year Ended 31 August 2025 

## **1 Renfrewshire Council Loan** 

The Club has an Interest Free Loan of £200,000.00 which is repayable over 30 years at approx £6,665 per year. The Loan was provided to help fund the construction of a new Indoor Facility belonging to the Club. The asset value of that Facility is estimated at £1.25m.
