Use music to help build community, combat social isolation and aid self expression. We do this through a number of choirs, music memories sessions, a volunteer project and music therapy. We are dementia friendly and open to all.

Objectives: 4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To empower people experiencing ill health, disability, older age, or financial barriers to take part in social activity through music In so doing it aims to: • build inclusion and community. • encourage self-expression, and • combat social isolation. 4.1 To promote the wellbeing of people living with dementia and their carers, families and friends.
