Although the Company is established for the benefit of the Communities in the specified Postcode Areas its activities are not restricted to those Areas, where such activities are to the benefit of Communities in the Specified Postcode Areas or are intrinsically connected with activities within the Specified Postcode Areas. But such that the company shall do so following principles of sustainable development.
