The purpose of Committee is to manage and maintain and develop the victoria hall for the benefit of the local community. As per the constitution which outlines the purpose and objectives, membership, Committee structure, meetings, AGM and finance.

Objectives: The objectives of the Committee shall be: a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of that part of Fife known as Coaltown of Balgonie and its environs by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants
