by majority vote at a board meeting.

Charitsble purposes
Clause 4 ofthe Constitu￿n defines the organisation's purpose as the
advancement of parts￿pation in sport.
This is aimed al deprived children in Edinburgh and the Lolhians who
would otherwse not get the cyportunty to participate in swt and all of
the beneffts that r( brings.

Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievernents of During the year, s￿l1r￿j Start succeeded in making £21,550 of
the charity during the financial peri(￿ donations lo projects. This will have supwted hundreds of children in six
projects across fve different Spr￿￿. The organisations running the
projects are all very gratefvl for the supwrt of SportirvJ Start.
