**What the charity does:** The Night Before Christmas Campaign (NB4CC) is established to bring comfort, kindness, and hope to children, families, and vulnerable individuals who may otherwise go without at Christmas. Our core purpose is simple: to ensure that nobody wakes up on Christmas morning without a gift to open or the feeling that they are cared for. NB4CC was founded on the belief that every child deserves a little magic at Christmas, regardless of circumstances. Our aims are to relieve poverty, reduce social isolation, and promote kindness and community spirit throughout the year, with a particular focus on the festive period when financial and emotional hardship can be most deeply felt. Each year, the charity coordinates a large-scale Christmas appeal, collecting, sorting, and distributing thousands of gifts and essential items across Ayrshire and beyond. During the 2024 campaign, we provided over 7,000 gift bags to children, young people, and adults.

**Objectives:** The organisation's purposes are: The prevention or relief of poverty through providing shoeboxes containing Christmas gifts to children living in or at risk of poverty and relieving the needs of persons who are homeless through the provision of essential items, where those children or persons are resident in South West Scotland.
