Over the reporting period, the Trust seek to participation by around 20%, ensuring programs remain accessible, inclusive, and low cost, while provision for older adults and individuals with long term health conditions. The Trust will continue to sitive, measurable health and wellbeing outcomes through regular weekly activities and specialist such as Walking Football, Prostate FFIT, and men’s mental health groups. A key priority is to support esented groups by increasing opportunities for women and girls, strengthening mental health provision for ensuring activities reflect local needs. The Trust also aims to assist families facing disadvantage by providing at least 50 free or subsidised opportunities, including holiday camps, match-day ticket initiatives, and community events, delivered in partnership with local agencies to ensure support reaches those who need it most. Across all work, the Trust is committed to fostering confidence, connection, and resilience by offering welcoming, inclusive environments and using football as a tool to bring people together and strengthen community cohesion. Significant activities and achievements against objectives The results for the year are set out in the attached financial statements. The Trust has worked towards its objectives during the year.
2025 has been a transformative year for the Trust, one defined by renewed financial stability, strengthened governance, and meaningful expansion across all areas of community delivery and with exceptional growth across our health, wellbeing, education and football initiatives. Our work has continued to support people of all ages and backgrounds, and we are proud to share the progress and achievements made over the past 12 months.
Our achievements and programmes for last year include :- Appointment of a part-time Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinator, strengthening our capacity to deliver and expand community programmes.
Football Fans in Training (FFIT):
Secured funding to support over 200 participants across male and female cohorts from hard-to-reach communities, delivered in partnership with the SFA.
Prostate Fitness Group:
Successfully delivered in partnership with NHS Scotland, supporting men affected by prostate conditions.

Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner
The Trust's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investments (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The charity's Trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1)(a) to (c) of the 2006 Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the financial statements as required under section 44(1)(c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the financial statements presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently | do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the financial statements.
