APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period Again, this year, NMCS organised a mentoring day that brought together Black professionals to inspire and guide children in their journey as Scottish, Black, African, and Muslim individuals. The professionals included a medical doctor, an assistant professor, a mental health advocate and social media personality, and a registered nurse. Together wilh parents volunteers they fostered self-confidence, leadership, and goals achievement, providing a platft)rm for mentorship and inspiration within our organisation. NMCS also continued to raise funds towards the acquisition of a centre, some of whbch included donations from the provision of subsidized Ramadan gift hamper to members. NMCS successfully supported women and young gids within the organisation through monthly sisters educationallinteractive sessions and mental health awareness. NMCS organised social Eid gatherings to celebrate Ramadan and Eid ul Kabir. The annual general meeting was held on the 21st of December. 2025 Financial review Brief statement of the charity's policy on reserves Our aim is lo use most of the financial reserve to support our community and to purchase a place that would be used as a centre that would serve our community.
