Objectives: TRUST PURPOSES 1. The Trustees shall hold and apply the sum of £1 paid by us to them, and such other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the following purposes:- (a) The provision and maintenance of a hall at Banff for the First Banff Company of The Boys' Brigade, subject always to the principles of the Boys' Brigade (Registered Charity number: 305969). (b) Without prejudice to the said First Banff Company's priority use, to administer the said hall for the use of the inhabitants of Banff and district without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for: (i) meetings, lectures and classes, and (ii) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants. and (c) Such other charitable and lawful activities as may be approved by the Trustees.
