**What the charity does:** The Trustees hold monthly management meetings, we also have maintenance visits twice a week.  The halls are available for hire as well as being used for fundraising events.  The hall is available for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the village and is advertised on social media as well as on information leaflets distributed to every household.

**Objectives:** To provide and maintain Denholm Village Hall for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of Denholm and environs in the Scottish Borders and to organise community activities for them, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, for recreation and leisure purposes of all kinds with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants
