**What the charity does:** Skilz Academy is dedicated to transforming lives through sport and recreation. Based in Arbroath, we provide inclusive, community focused programmes that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Our charity engages children, young people, and vulnerable groups in activities in education, health and wellbeing and sports, removing barriers to participation through subsidised places and targeted outreach. We offer top class sports facilities through our community Astro pitch.  Skilz helps promote life skills, helping individuals build confidence, friendships, and brighter futures.

**Objectives:** Skilz Academy is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular the objectives of public participation in sport and the organisation of recreational activities.  Primarily by:  Providing football and other sporting activities for children and young people.  Providing a structured coach education program through qualified sporting bodies such as the SFA.  Promoting participation by providing activities designed to encourage physical activity and to improve health and wellbeing  Promoting equality and inclusion by encouraging participation in programmes that target the disadvantaged and vulnerable, including but not restricted to, walking football, disability football and powerchair football.  Removing all barriers to participation due to economical constraints by offering subsidised places when possible.
