**What the charity does:** The Trust has been formed for the benefit of the residents of the parish of Kilmaronock. The organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development and includes:  •	The advancement of citizenship or community development,  •	The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science  •	The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.

**Objectives:** The organisation has been formed to benefit the Community Council Area of Kilmaronock as defined by West Dunbartonshire Council and the following post code units (G83 9LX, G63 9QJ, G63 0HA, G63 0HG, G63 0HF, G83 8SB, G83 8RZ, G83 8SD, G63 0EX,G63 0EU, G63 0EY, G63 0HB, G63 0BB, G63 0EZ, G63 0EP, G63 0ET, G63 0HD, G63 0DH, G63 0HE, G63 0ER) which form most of the Community Council Area of Croftamie as defined by Stirling Council ('the Community'), with the Purposes listed in the subclauses hereto ('the Purposes'), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development {where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs , namely: The advancement of citizenship or community development, The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
