**What the charity does:** At Urban Target we believe there should be no barriers to engagement, no limits applied to any young person’s potential, and that everyone should have ownership in shaping their own provision. We have found that a needs led approach is a great way to work with marginalised and disenfranchised young people. Our purpose is to give all young people a platform to make positive changes in their own lives and their wider community. We aim to give them the building blocks needed to become productive members of society. By building trusting relationships with the young people, our workers then have the opportunity to gain insight into their lives and help find the best way to support them in making positive lifestyle choices.
