The charity's Iruslees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the temis of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl 2005 Act and the
Charities Accounts (Scouandl Regulations 2006. The charity twstees consider that the
audit requirement of Regulation 10{11 (dl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It
is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(11 Icl of the
Act and to slate whether parttcular matters have come lo my attention.
My examination is carried oul in accordan￿ with Regulation 11 of the Charities
Accounts IScotland} Regulations 2006. An exarninalion includes a review of the
accounting reGords kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with
those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual items or disc105ures in the
accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees conceming any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit
and. cun5equently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
