Objectives: To advance culture and heritage of Scotland by staging, operating, managing and promoting the annual Dufftown Highland Games, in association with the local statutory authorities, inhabitants and voluntary organisations of Dufftown and its environs. and To advance public participation in sport through the organisation of professional events and non professional events open to all comers. and To provide recreational facilities or assist in the organisation of recreational facilities for the benefit of the general public, without distinction of sex, sexuality, religious, political or other opinions. and To carry out any other Charitable Purpose or objective which can be advantageously or conveniently carried on by the Company by way of an extension of or an association with the objects in Clause 3(i) hereof or which may be calculated directly or indirectly to advance the objectives staged in this Clause 3(i).
